Qi.cz is a Czech ERP system that helps companies manage finance, production, warehousing, sales, and reporting. With more than 1,500 deployments, it is particularly strong in the industrial, services, and logistics sectors.

Challenge

The Qi.cz team wanted to expand its network of implementation partners — integrators capable of deploying ERP systems for end customers.

Our solution

We looked for a way to approach this activity systematically and efficiently — so that partner sourcing would work repeatedly and at reasonable cost.

1. Shifting the approach: from phone to LinkedIn

Qi.cz had historically relied on cold calling, which worked in some cases. However, to scale effectively, a more efficient digital channel was needed — and LinkedIn outbound became that channel.

2. Automation and personalization

We created targeted message sequences emphasizing the system’s technical flexibility, the advantages of the partner model, and the quick onboarding into the Qi ecosystem.

3. Scalable partner acquisition

Already within the first week of the campaign, we managed to reach more than 20 high-quality potential integrators. Thanks to the combination of automation and personalization, the entire process became significantly more cost-effective and transparent.

Results

Hundreds of relevant partners contacted within the first month, a fully scalable model for additional regions, and higher returns compared to the original approach.
