How We Supported Amio’s Expansion in the CEE Region and Secured a Deal with Datart

Amio is a messaging platform for businesses that unifies customer communication across WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Viber, and other channels. It enables e-commerce companies, helpdesks, and brands to communicate more efficiently, personally, and automatically. Led by CEO Matouš Kučera, Amio is focused on international growth.

Our solution

1. Regional expansion through LinkedIn and email

We launched campaigns in CEE regions targeting the e-commerce and helpdesk segments. The messaging focused on the benefits of centralized communication and improved team efficiency.

2. Cold calling on the Czech market

In parallel, we deployed cold calling for the Czech and CEE regions.

3. Validation of non-European markets

Using a combination of email outreach, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach, we tested the response in Latin America — primarily in Ecuador and Chile.

Results

A closed deal with Datart, hundreds of contacted companies across the CEE region, several high-quality leads from Latin America, and a validated multi-channel acquisition model for further growth.
